Conference and Meeting Room

A multi-purpose virtual meeting and collaboration space.

Reservations

  • Reservation requests for single events can be submitted through the online form below.

  • Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance. If you need the room sooner, please contact your liaison librarian. You can expect a response within 24 business hours (M-F)

  • The room may NOT be reserved for semester long classes.
  • Amenities

  • 15 tables, configurable to any layout, including an ADA-compliant height-adjustable table

  • 42 chairs with wheels

  • 3 wall-mounted glass whiteboards

  • Two projector screens with projectors

  • Desktop computer configured for presentations

  • Power outlets available in the floor throughout the room

  • Maximum capacity: 63
  • Usage

  • Anyone with a valid Gatorlink account (active faculty, staff, and students) is allowed to reserve the room.

  • The room is accessible using a key checked out at the Marston Science Library Service Desk. You must have your Gator 1 Card to check out the key. The key may be checked out no more than 15 minutes before your reservation. If keys are lost, there is a $20 replacement cost charged 24 hours after the reservation ends.

  • All technology-related questions should be directed to Academic Technology’s Classroom Support, available M-F 7am-10pm. View their website, or send an email.
  • General Policies

  • No food allowed without prior authorization.

  • Covered drinks are permitted.

  • Any rearranged furniture must be returned to its original position.

  • No animals permitted with the exception of certified service animals.

  • Priority will be given to Libraries events, followed by other events, subject to the Libraries’ discretion. 

  • Groups that violate the room policies will lose reservation privileges.
